Albert Gelders, M.D.

Dr. Gelders was born and raised in Oklahoma City. He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in physics and Engineering Management from the University of Kansas. After working for a number of years as a computer scientist in Silcon Valley, he changed careers, obtaining a M.D. from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City.

He returned to California and completed a Family Practice residency in Fresno.

Dr. Gelders is board certified in family practice and is a member of the Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association and the past president of the Stanislaus Medical Society.

Dr. Gelders enjoys model airplanes, music, wood working and exploring nature with his wife, Sue, and son Jesse.
